Dr. Joachim Hammer of the University of Florida to assist FairWarning with streamlined privacy auditing and monitoring for medical identity theft

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – November 28, 2006 – FairWarning, Inc., a leading provider of information security solutions for the healthcare industry, announced today that leading database expert, Dr. Joachim Hammer, has joined FairWarning’s Solutions Advisory Board and will serve as a consultant to the company. Dr. Joachim Hammer is a recognized expert in scaling and searching massive databases. Dr. Hammer is an associate professor at the University of Florida, where he specializes in knowledge discovery, data warehousing and information integration. Prior to joining the University of Florida, Dr. Hammer was a research scientist in the database group at Stanford University and received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Southern California. Dr. Hammer has published over sixty (60) papers and articles on databases.
