Lee is the founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Arnold Companies which include: Colliers Arnold (commercial real estate brokerage services); Colliers Arnold Management (property and asset management services); Colliers Arnold Valuation Services; Arnold Realty Advisors (counselors in workouts, marketing, lease buyouts and debt strategies.

Information Technology Background
As the chair of Colliers International Information Technology, Lee oversaw the design and rollout of the Colliers.com site. The Template design site is now in 250 offices and 54 countries world wide. New design and developments are now completed in Joint ventures with Bay Shore Solutions. ColliesArnold.com won the Florida Trend silver mouse award in May 2000. Lee also oversaw the design of award winning web sites in the 90s for Colliers Arnold. Lee is currently a principal and board member of Bayshore Solutions.

Lee was the founder of Lee Arnold Management Systems “ REALbase” software in 1983. Lee designed the product and coordinated the vertical market sales programs worldwide. The company software was approved by IBM and endorsed by Realtors National Marketing Institute. In 1990 the company was sold to New America Inc.

Achievements
Lee specializes in large, one of a kind marketing assignments with emphasis on problem properties. Development activities are conducted under various partnerships and corporations. Projects range from a 2,300 acre Development of Regional Impact (DRI), Wesley Chapel Lakes, in Wesley Chapel, Florida, a 1,000 acre development subdivision north of Tampa; five star mobile home parks, office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial/office rehabilitation projects. His senior asset management experience includes current oversight of a 1,000,000 sq.ft. Retail portfolio. Lee has been active in establishing numerous joint ventures, commerce parks, syndications, and Checkers Drive-Through Restaurants in Louisiana.
