At FairWarning, Mr. Long is responsible for the business strategy and operation of FairWarning including sales and marketing.
Prior to founding FairWarning, Kurt founded and served as CEO of two highly successful software companies, OpenNetwork Technologies, acquired by BMC Software and OpenWeb, acquired by USWeb. Mr. Long is a recognized expert in the “AAA” security industry (Authentication, Authorization, Audit).

At the outset of his career, Kurt held positions of growing responsibility with Lockheed Space Operations at Kennedy Space Center and IBM. Mr. Long received a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Florida graduating with High Honors.
He also received a Master's degree in Mathematics, Theoretical Computer Science from the University of South Florida, graduating with Honors. Mr. Long serves on numerous commercial and community Boards.

Mr. Clark is responsible for the technology strategy of FairWarning as well as the development and delivery of FairWarning solutions. Prior to FairWarning James enjoyed a successful career at IBM and PriceWaterhouse Coopers where he specialized in the architecture and development of enterprise software applications development. During this time, Mr. Clark developed expertise in PeopleSoft, Lotus, WebSphere and J2EE, internetworking and systems security. In his career Mr. Clark has managed organizations with responsibilities for more than 50 personnel.
Most recently, Mr. Clark worked with La Salle Bank where he successfully architected and led the development of an Internet based bond trading system. Security and SEC compliance are of paramount importance in the bond trading industry.
James is a graduate of EPCI where he achieved Highest Honors.

At FairWarning, Mr. Whitlatch is responsible for the operation and strategy of FairWarning’s Strategic Partnerships. Shane is also responsible for Global Sales Operations at FairWarning®. Prior to FairWarning, Mr. Whitlatch held multiple senior roles in high growth software companies including OpenNetwork Technologies (acquired by BMC), LifeServ Technologies (acquired in 2004), and Pyxis/Cardinal Health.
Shane graduated with a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Mr. Whitlatch graduated with honors and specialized in entrepreneurial studies. His undergraduate studies took place at the University of Dayton and USF, where he obtained his B.S. in Marketing.
Shane is an active member of the Tampa Bay community, and serves as a director on numerous boards.

Prior to FairWarning, Darin enjoyed a successful career at Computer Associates where he specialized in selling Identity and Access Management solutions to Government and Healthcare organizations. At Computer Associates, Darin successfully sold and developed on-going relationships with some of the west coast's largest healthcare organizations. Overall Darin has developed more than 9 years of sales experience in the security software market.
Darin is a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Colliers Arnold Lee is the founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Arnold Companies which include: Colliers Arnold (commercial real estate brokerage services); Colliers Arnold Management (property and asset management services); Colliers Arnold Valuation Services; Arnold Realty Advisors (counselors in workouts, marketing, lease buyouts and debt strategies.
