Mr. Burbank is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Hospital Corpsman who served over 23 years on active duty including service as an Independent Duty Corpsman on Nuclear Submarines. Previous experience includes working as HIPAA Privacy and Security specialist contractor for two U.S. Air Force Bases responsible for advising on Privacy and Security matters, policy development, and risk assessment. Charles is a Certified HIPAA Professional and Certified HIPAA Security Specialist.
